Systems Administrator

We are currently looking for a System Administrator, to assist with system management and maintenance for the IT operations element of the business, whilst maintaining high levels of security and customer service.

We are now adding to our team with the recruitment of a Systems Administrator.

Role Summary:

The role will provide system management and maintenance to the IT operations element of the business whilst maintaining high levels of security and customer service. You will be required to carry out the following functions:

  • Resolution of escalated technical queries by telephone and email
  • Server provisioning, custom scripts, and migrations, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget
  • Monitor the network and resolve issues appropriately
  • Oversee the regular auditing and patching of core and customer systems
  • Perform routine audits of systems and software

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to quality and information systems standards and a strong technical aptitude and ability to research and resolve complex issues. You will be self-motivated and keen to work as part of a team.

Further requirements are:

  • Linux and Windows administrative knowledge
  • Virtualisation and virtual machine management including, VMWare and KVM (Xen and Hyper-V advantageous)
  • Database administration including MySQL (MariaDB) and MS-SQL
  • Familiarity with open source tools
  • Ability to learn new technologies

A Cisco or Microsoft certification would be advantageous. A full driving licence and evidenced right to work in the UK are pre-requisites for this role.

Digital Marketing Executive

A highly skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Executive who will be targeted to scale-up and drive our paid search and SEO marketing activity. You will be the go-to person for data analysis and insights that will contribute to the company’s strong growth strategies.

This is an exciting and new opportunity to play a key role in the strategy, day-to-day management and hands-on optimisation of search channels, in order to drive performance in line with Return on Investment (ROI) targets.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • The day to day management of Paid Search/Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns includes account setup, keywords selection and expansion, audience segmentations, negative keyword governance, website and category exclusions, ad creative and landing page revisions
  • Trend and pattern analysis used to fine tune marketing activities for optimal performance
  • To create Paid Search and Display campaigns and activities across appropriate channels
  • Optimise live campaigns including, bid adjustment, A/B testing, keyword development and landing page optimisation. Constantly tweaking and improving to achieve growth
  • Test and measure PPC campaign performance, based on a number of KPI targets including CTR, CPC, CPL and conversion rates
  • Conduct SEO and search rankings analysis, back linking, competitor SEO benchmarking, search terms, and build planned development to improve website content
  • Keep up to date with all industry best practices and tools
  • Build and maintain a suite of dashboards and reports to track marketing performance
  • Create and manage content marketing strategies, social media presences and internal marketing campaigns

Ideal Experience:

  • A successful track record in performance marketing from building strategies to effective implementation and reporting. (especially paid search and SEO)
  • In-depth knowledge of the paid search marketing, tools, vendors, and a thirst for staying up to date with the latest developments
  • Knowledge of paid search engine advertising tools (Google, Bing, Yahoo) and bid management systems
  • Experience using PPC/SEO tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Pagespeed Insights, AccuRanker, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush
  • Good understanding of marketing analytics with experience converting data into actionable insights
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret data and identifying trends
  • Experience using WordPress and have a good understanding of HTML
  • Experienced in creating reports/dashboards
