CWCS Awarded G-Cloud 8 Framework Supplier Status

CWCS Managed Hosting is pleased to announce that they have been awarded G-Cloud 8 framework supplier status for their public and private cloud, as well as dedicated servers, virtual firewall appliances and email security filtering services. These services are now available via the G-Cloud framework on the Digital Marketplace and CWCS has been awarded the status under the Infrastructure as a Service category.

“When it comes to cloud services, there’s no company more passionate about providing quality, secure and reliable hosting, backed up with technical expertise and supreme customer service and being awarded G-Cloud supplier status further highlights this,” comments Karl Mendez, Managing Director at CWCS.

He continues, “We already work with a number of City and County Councils as well as NHS Trusts, and achieving this accreditation will enable more public sector organisations to come on board more quickly.”

The G-Cloud framework is an agreement between government and suppliers of cloud services. It enables public sector organisations to purchase services without the need to undertake a full tender process. When public sector bodies buy through the framework, the process is generally faster and less expensive, and as the suppliers have already been vetted, those procuring services can be confident in the suppliers on the framework. Being awarded supplier status by the government provides further evidence that CWCS is a leading and trusted managed hosting provider.

If you’d like to contact CWCS and buy under the framework, please call us on 0800 1 777 000 and our friendly, knowledgeable hosting consultants will be happy to discuss your requirements or email us.

I’ve been in marketing for over 10 years, specialising in SEO and helping businesses grow through smarter search strategies. Before that, I worked in technical support, so I’ve always had a strong handle on the tech side too, including servers, hosting and WordPress. Whether it’s technical SEO, content strategy or making websites faster and more effective, I like getting stuck in and making things work better.
