Part Time Junior Graphic & Digital Designer (Job Reference: #M10926) 

Hybrid. 8-16 hours per week (Initially) 

Location: Beeston, Nottingham. 

Role Overview 

The Junior Graphic designer will be responsible for creating, developing and delivering the CWCS brand, social media updates, Web design changes, and some motion graphics. The position is a first hire for in-house graphics and may well develop into a full-time position in the future. 

Working closely with the Sales and Marketing department, the successful candidate will bring creativity, commercial awareness, and a strong understanding of customer experience (UX), using innovative ideas and design-led campaigns to drive engagement, generate demand, and support business growth.

• WordPress/Craft CMS/Drupal

• AI-assisted creative 

10% Marketing 

• working with the Marketing Manager 

• campaign concepts 

• A/B creative testing 

• maintaining brand consistency

• Competitive base salary of between £15 and £20 per hour, dependent on experience.
