3 Months Free Offer: Terms and Conditions

1. The Offer

1.1 CWCS Managed Hosting (“CWCS”) is offering customers a credit equivalent to 3 months of their qualifying base plan cost (“the Offer”) when they commence an annual managed hosting plan during the Promotion Period.

1.2 The Offer is available for new hosting solutions only. This applies to new Dedicated Server, Cloud Server and VPS solutions purchased from CWCS. Existing services, upgrades, renewals, migrations or replacements of current solutions do not qualify for the Offer.

1.3 The Offer is not available to existing solutions, including those wishing to upgrade or modify an existing hosting plan.

1.4 The Offer is not available for resold plans.

1.5 The Offer is limited to one qualifying plan per customer or organisation.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Offer is available from 00:00 on 11th May 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 on 30th June 2026 (“the Promotion Period”).

2.2 Plans must be signed and the annual payment received by CWCS within the Promotion Period to qualify.

2.3 CWCS reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time during the Promotion Period, provided that any qualifying order received before any such withdrawal will be honoured on the terms in force at the time of the order.

3. Qualifying Services

3.1 The Offer applies to the following CWCS managed hosting services on new annual plans:

3.2 The Offer applies to the base annual managed hosting fee only.

3.3 The Offer expressly excludes all third-party commercial products, third-party licensing and commercial add-ons, regardless of whether these are invoiced alongside the qualifying service.

3.4 The Offer applies to the first year of a new qualifying agreement only. It does not apply to renewals or subsequent contract terms.

4. How the Credit Works

4.1 To qualify, the customer must pay the full annual fee for their chosen qualifying plan in advance at the point of agreement commencement.

4.2 Upon receipt and confirmation of the annual payment, CWCS will apply a credit equivalent to 3 months of the qualifying plan’s base annual cost to the customer’s account.

4.3 The credit will be applied within [5] working days of the annual payment being confirmed.

4.4 The credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to services outside the qualifying plan.

5. Annual Agreement

5.1 The Offer requires the customer to enter into a minimum 12-month managed hosting agreement with CWCS and to pay the full annual fee in advance at commencement.

5.2 The agreement is subject to CWCS’s standard terms and conditions of service, available at cwcs.co.uk/terms.

5.3 Early termination of the annual agreement does not entitle the customer to a refund of the annual fee or the 3-month credit.

6. General

6.1 CWCS’s decision on any matter relating to the Offer is final.

6.2 The Offer cannot be combined with any other CWCS promotional offer unless expressly stated.

6.3 These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
