CWCS Black Friday Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Offer Validity:

The CWCS Black Friday promotional offers (“Black Friday Offers”) are valid from 24th November 2025 to 24th December 2025, inclusive. All qualifying orders must be signed, accepted, or confirmed within this period.

1. General Terms

1.1. Black Friday Offers are provided by CWCS Managed Hosting (“CWCS”).

1.2. All offers require a minimum contract term.

1.3. Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended, or extended at CWCS’s discretion.

1.4. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions unless explicitly agreed in writing.

1.5. Standard CWCS Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policies, and Billing Policies apply.

1.6. Unless stated otherwise, all discounts apply to the first 12 months of the contract term.

1.7. Discounts apply to service fees only.

A. Existing Customer Offers – “Power Up Your Existing Infrastructure”

A1. Level Up Your Cloud – 50% Additional Cloud RAM (First 12 Months)
– Applies when an existing customer upgrades or expands their current CWCS cloud environment.
– Customers receive 50% additional RAM at no cost for the first 12 months.
– Standard RAM pricing applies from month 13 onward.

– Requires a new 24-month term or extension of an existing term.

A2. Fortify Your Defences – 25% Off New Support Contracts (First 12 Months)
– Applies to new or upgraded CWCS support contracts purchased by existing customers.
– Discount applies for the first 12 months of the 24-month commitment.
– Standard support pricing applies from month 13 onward.

A3. Shield Up: Ultimate Security Protection – 25% Off Security Products (First 12 Months)

– Applies to any CWCS security product, including CWCS-managed services and third-party security solutions supplied by CWCS.
– Discount applies for the first 12 months of the 24-month term.
– Standard pricing applies from month 13 onward.
– Applies only to new or upgraded security services.

B. New Customer Offers – “Power Up Your New Business”

B1. Launch Strong – First 3 Months Free (Dedicated or Cloud Managed Hosting)
– Applies to new customers purchasing a new Managed Hosting Dedicated Server or Cloud Hosting plan.
– The first 3 months are free; standard pricing begins from month 4.
– Requires a 27-month minimum contract.

B2. Colocate With Confidence – First Month Free (Colocation)
– Applies to new customers purchasing colocation services.
– The first month of colocation service is free.
– Requires a minimum 25-month contract

B3. Shield Up: Ultimate Security Protection – 25% Off Security Products & Managed Services (First 12 Months)
– Applies to new customers purchasing CWCS or third-party security products or managed security services supplied by CWCS.
– Valid only when purchased with a new Dedicated Server or Cloud Hosting plan.
– Not available as a standalone discount for colocation-only services.
– Discount applies for the first 12 months of the contract; standard pricing applies thereafter.

2. Eligibility

2.1. “Existing Customers” must have active CWCS services at the time of ordering.

2.2. “New Customers” must not have held active CWCS services within the last 12 months.

2.3. CWCS reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse the offer in cases of misuse or conflict with existing contractual terms.

3. Billing & Contract Conditions

3.1. All promotional services require a minimum 24-month commitment.

3.2. Early termination may result in the removal of promotional benefits and applicable early termination charges based on the remaining contract value.

3.3. CWCS may withdraw promotional pricing if a customer reduces service capacity or downgrades the service during the contract term.

4. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
