As part of a wider strategy to become one of the 'go to' businesses for Managed Hosting, VoIP and connectivity solutions in the UK, we are on the hunt for a Customer Service Executive to take us to the next level. Your role is to build relationships with existing customers, retention and to ensure we support our clients, offering the very best customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

Resolve customer queries by telephone, email, and via our support ticket system as required.
Customer retention
Processing cancellations and downgrades of products and services.
Management of the sales and customer service queue, allocating to departments where required and handling any queries that fall within the role.
Fraud checking orders where required.
Creating reports for the Sales Manager.
General sales administration, including but not limited to, checking contracts, processing price increases, post-sale follow up.

Essential Qualities:

To be not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
At least 2 years experience in a B2B Customer Services role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer focused with high ethical standards.
Ability to work independently as well as a team.
Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Partner Manager to join our team. This role is key to expanding our reach and driving new revenue by establishing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships.

The Role:

As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing strong relationships with strategic partners. You will play a critical role in increasing our market presence by leveraging partners to expand our customer base. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure mutual benefits for both partners and the company will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to drive revenue.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and mutual success.
Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies with partners to meet revenue targets through joint initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product/service offerings.
Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyse, and report on partnership performance and profitability, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products and services to identify new opportunities for partners to sell.
Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to partners, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed.
Partner Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all partner-related enquiries, managing escalations and resolving issues.
Market Research: Conduct research on competitors and market trends to identify new partnership opportunities and optimise existing relationships.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to deliver the best possible outcomes for partnerships.

About You

Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales in a B2B environment.
Strong track record of achieving revenue targets through partnership channels.
Ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as a team.
Solid understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
Experience in Hosting, VoIP and Connectivity, or similar sector is desirable but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive with uncapped commission
