Our plans are housed on advanced, high spec, Windows 2003 .NET servers housed in Data Centres in London Docklands, UK and Houston, Texas, USA. Both Data Centres are state-of-the art with full security, airconditioning, power backup and fire detection/suppression systems
Our servers are fully managed on several tiers. Day to day management and updates we carry out ourselves, but as backup we have a dedicated team of Technicians available who have full access to our Support Ticket System for quick resolution of any emergency issues, should they arise.
You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time on a pro-rata basis. We will simply raise an invoice to cover the additional pro-rata cost up to your next renewal date. There is a one-off £25 additional charge per account upgrade.
All of our servers support up-to-the-minute scripting technologies and the latest industry standard server components to provide an unrivalled environment for professional web site and application development.
