We moved to CWCS several years ago after using another hosting provider. I must say that I found the friendliness at CWCS most refreshing.

I felt that my account was valued although we are a small e-commerce business and not a household brand. Slowly we have developed our relationship with CWCS moving from a shared virtual server on to bigger and more powerful dedicated servers. From time to time we are offered deals that are maybe slightly cheaper but we have decided to stick with CWCS since their backup and support is excellent and the difference of a few pounds over a year is negligible. We often have busy days on the net and I know that the plan we have from CWCS is able to cope with spikes in traffic when we need it. After all, our web site is our shop and we need it to be open 24 hours a day 7 days a week!
