Traditional backups consisted of backing up to physical hardware like tape drives, but with online automated backup, the cost of hardware is eliminated. All your data is stored in reliable, safe environment within our private data centres so you have the peace of mind that your data won’t become lost or end up in the wrong hands.

We have a variety of offsite backup solutions which can be managed by our technical team, or managed by you. Our offsite backup interface allows you to schedule automatic backups and choose what files or data you want to be backed up, where you want your data to be stored and how frequently your require it.

You also have the ability to restore previous versions of your data if you so require, regardless of when it was backed up. Also, if you need to restore a single file, you have the option to restore the missing or corrupt file without downloading the rest of your data. If you require a full restore, then you can take a full disc image which will include all files and applications in the event that the disc becomes corrupt.

We are partnered with R1Soft to deliver Continuous Data Protection in the form of server software that offers data protection and disaster recovery for workstations and file servers on both Windows and Linux operating systems. The R1Soft CDP Server software protects your servers data by synchornising over our network, storing regular backups on our large storage SAN. This results in a continuous backup system which is capable of providing hundreds of recovery points per day scheduled at regular intervals from as little as 5 minutes apart. For further data protection and disaster recovery, we also can take regular backups of your backup.

The R1Soft CDP Server software offers the complete performance and recovery solution by bypassing the file system and reading your hard disk volumes at sector level. The disk sector synchronisation is performed while the server is online with no interruption to current server requests, creating the perfect recovery image instant disaster recovery.
