CWCS recruit new Head of Operations and Technical Manager

In response to increased demands for our services and our ongoing commitment to all our customers, we are delighted to welcome a new Head of Operations and Technical Manager to CWCS Managed Hosting.

Our new Head of Operations is Nick Clarke, who has an extensive knowledge in data centres, planning and procedures and has a career that spans over 20 years in telecommunications with companies like Pipex and Cable & Wireless. Nick will ensure that we continue to deliver our exceptionally high standards by overseeing our customer relations, customer service, marketing and sales team.

Paul Elton has been recruited as Technical Manager and has a wealth of experience in managing multiple data centres, managed hosting and cloud hosting. Paul will oversee our Technical Support department and the running of our private UK data centres. With over 10 years experience in the hosting industry, Paul will ensure that our technical team performs to the best of their ability and we are able to continue to offer the supreme technical support that we pride ourselves on.

With these latest additions to our team, we want to ensure all our customers that we are dedicated to maintaining our high standards of service and support as we continue to grow and move forward as a major force in the managed hosting market.
