How do we get our server to you?
You can ship it to us via a parcel courier such as Amtrak or Business Post.

What network card should be installed in my machine?
We ask that all network cards should be good quality branded card, for example 3 Com. If you do not have a network card installed, we can install this for £79 + VAT.

How long will it take to setup?
We can setup the server same day.

How much is additional bandwidth?
Additional bandwidth cost £5 per 1 GB.

How much are additional IP addresses?
Additional IP addresses cost £30 per IP address.

Is there Technical Support available?
Our system administors have experience in Linux and Windows 2003 servers, technical support cost £58 per hour, with a minimum charge of £58.

Do you provide backup options?
Yes, we offer both weekly and daily backups. £89 per month weekly backups and £149 per month daily backups. Daily backups exclude weekends.
