Colocation Hosting FAQs

How do we get our servers to you?

You can bring your server to us personally, with prior notice. Or, you can ship it to us via a parcel courier such as DHL or City Link.

What network card should be installed in my machine?

We ask that all network cards should be good quality branded card, for example Intel. If you do not have a network card installed, we can install this for £79 + VAT.

How long will it take to setup?

We can setup your server same day.

How much is additional data transfer?

We have flexible pricing on bandwidth, please contact us. We also provide bandwidth options with unmetered bandwidth.

How much are additional IP addresses?

Additional IP addresses cost £3 per month.

Is there Technical Support available?

Our system administrators have experience in Linux and Windows 2003/2008 servers, technical support cost £69 per hour, with a minimum charge of £69.

Do you provide backup options?

Yes, we offer both weekly and daily backups. £89 per month weekly backups and £149 per month daily backups. Daily backups exclude weekends.
