CWCS were initially chosen back in 2000 purely on price and features, plucked at random from a magazine. Time has proven that not only do we pay a decent price, but their service is always excellent – and so we’ve stuck with them ever since. In the early days I’d sometimes work through the night coding new features for the website, and (a long time ago now) even had the boss out of bed at around 3am on a Sunday morning after I’d somehow crashed the server. Since then, CWCS has grown and now has 24/7 professionally staffed emergency cover – and I’m sure Karl is pleased to get uninterrupted sleep!

With much excitement surrounding the major festivals’ line-up announcements and tickets going on sale, it’s often the case that those festivals own websites fail around these announcements, as well as the websites of the ticket agents handling the ticket sales. For it’s good reputation, it’s become important that eFestivals is able to handle the extreme peak loads at these times, and CWCS has always helped as much as possible with the resources and knowledge to keep eFestivals online when everywhere else is failing.
