Private Cloud Versus Regular Cloud

Private cloud options may be better suited to businesses.

Keeping your data safe is not easy.  When hackers are involved, they often get around new security measures with ease.  It is almost as if they are prepared for any changes security personnel will make before it happens.  It is a scary concept to think of, but it also keeps us grounded in what is best with regards to our business data.  CWCS offers plenty of cloud products including Private Cloud options.  Private cloud is about offering you the best security measures that open source cloud options cannot offer.

Furthermore, private cloud options are better than traditional data centres.  Traditional data centres have plenty of storage and networking, but the process can be slower than cloud options.  The cloud allows you to access online files, upload files, and download files all from any computer in your network.  If you have the access you can actually get it from any mobile device.  It will depend on how safe you want your materials to be.

The concept of “private” in the cloud sector often means you want to protect your data from an unsecure connection.  Even if your cloud is private and inaccessible to the general public, you still have to be concerned with your internet connection.  An internet connection is more vulnerable to hacking thus being on a public connection such as a Wi-Fi location at a café is not your best option to keeping your system and cloud private.

Businesses that wish to keep their information private can do so.  It requires you and your employees to be on the alert.  Only access your cloud from a network computer set up on your specific internet connection.  A closed internet connection is best.

Additionally, upload the files per proper privacy requirements.  If only certain staff members need access to some of the folders make certain the proper parameters are in place.  CWCS can help you with the setup to help your business become more private with all the folders you might wish to store.

For really important documents, you can always store them in an off- internet folder meaning one that is not shared or accessible without the most difficult password created.  For web hosting files or memos, the cloud can certainly save you time, money and energy in making certain all employees have necessary access to the folders and files.
